Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Yes, appointments are always required for bridal and bridesmaids shopping. During our busy season from January to May, we highly encourage appointments for mothers of the wedding due to limited fitting room availability caused by prom season. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, having an appointment ensures that a fitting room and stylist are available to assist with any questions or suggestions.

Prom is always walk-in only! However, if you prefer one-on-one appointments are available.

Q: Does everything need to be ordered?

A: Not at all! Our boutique has two sections. The main showroom features dresses for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers that have to be ordered. Additionally, we boast an 8,000+ square foot off-the-rack room filled with thousands of dresses for various occasions that you can take home the same day.

Q: If I have to order something, how long does it take?

A: Generally, special ordered items take between 6 to 12 months to arrive, depending on what you are shopping for. Some designers offer rush cut options for a fee, allowing for quicker shipping.

Q: Do you rent dresses?

A: No, we do not offer dress rentals. However, we provide dresses at various price points to better serve our customers.

Q: Do you charge for appointments?

A: No, there are no fees for our appointments unless you book a specialty upgraded appointment. We do require a credit card for our cancellation policy, which allows you 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. If you do not adhere to this policy, a fee will be charged as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Q: Will I need alterations, and if so, do you do them on-site?

A: In about 95% of cases or more, alterations will be necessary for a proper fit. While we do not perform alterations in-house, we offer a comprehensive referral list that can be found at the bottom of our homepage.
